We accept a range of payment options, including major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay for your convenience.
Orders
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you haven’t received a tracking email, it’s possible your order is still being processed. Orders typically take 3 business days to process before shipping.
For the most up-to-date information, you can log into your account on our website and view your order status under "My Orders."
I have a problem with my order
If there's an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and provide as many details as you can about the problem, and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as we can.
I need a copy of my invoice
Please contact our customer service team using our contact page to request a copy of your invoice with your full name and the order number for the invoice you need.
Can I re-order a previous purchase?
Simply log into your account to view all your previous orders and reorder any products in just a few clicks. If you don’t have an account yet, setting one up is easy - just click on the "My Account" icon at the top of the page, then create an account by entering your email address and following the instructions.

What are your shipping options?
Our aim is that all stock items ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day, for delivery the next working day.
Delivery to mainland UK for orders under £150 is £7.10.
Delivery to the mainland UK for orders over £150 is free.
Delivery to the Highlands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man is £18.60.
Delivery to the Channel Islands is £15.60 - the website will automatically remove VAT from your order total once you have added your delivery address.
